* High-manganese steel (Mn13, Mn18): Water-treated to form single-phase austenite, it undergoes rapid surface work hardening under impact loads, increasing hardness from HB180-225 to 500-800, with a hardened layer depth of 10-20mm. 

*High-chromium steel (12%-30% chromium): Forms M7C3 type hard carbides, achieving a hardness of HRC50-60. It possesses strong oxidation resistance and outstanding resistance to highly abrasive materials such as quartz and granite.

* Composite materials: The hammer handle uses high-manganese steel, and the head uses high-chromium alloy, balancing impact toughness and wear resistance, addressing the shortcomings of single-material applications.

 

II. Key Performance Characteristics
* Environmental Adaptability : Precisely matched to working conditions based on material characteristics. For example, high-manganese steel is suitable for impact-dominated scenarios, while high-chromium steel is suitable for abrasion-dominated operations.
* Hardness and Toughness Balance : Through composition optimization and heat treatment (such as secondary hardening of high-chromium steel), precise control of hardness and toughness is achieved, avoiding brittleness or excessive wear.
