1. Customized materials: balance hardness and toughness, adapt to harsh working conditions
The mainstream material is a bimetal composite structure: the working end of the hammer head is made of high chromium alloy (Cr content 26%-35%), with a hardness of HRC62-65, and the wear resistance is 3 times higher than that of ordinary steel hammer heads; the hammer handle is made of low alloy steel or high manganese steel, which has excellent toughness and is not easy to break.

 

Customized materials for special working conditions: Ceramic composite materials (reinforced by inorganic binder ceramic particles) are suitable for highly abrasive materials, and high-chromium and high-vanadium alloy materials are suitable for complex working conditions containing iron blocks.

 

The composition ratio can be adjusted according to the hardness and temperature of the coal material (-20°C to 120°C).
Production process: using lost foam vacuum casting and double-liquid composite casting process, one-time molding without falling off, combined with 1100℃ water toughening treatment + 600℃ low temperature tempering to eliminate casting defects.
 

2. Customized shape: fit the equipment and production capacity to reduce losses
Basic shape: square, rectangular, fan-shaped cross-section, etc. The weight range of 9.5kg-14kg can optimize the distribution of the center of gravity, and adopt symmetrical structure design to reduce single point wear.

 

Structural optimization: Adding reinforcing ribs to reduce stress concentration, stepped design to improve material crushing ratio, adaptable to mainstream fine crushers such as 1212/16-30 type, and installation dimensions can be customized according to equipment model mapping.

 

Customized details: The adjustable connection structure adapts to different fastening methods, and the guide rod design ensures operational stability and reduces vibration and wear of the hammer rod.
