I. Product Introduction: Bimetallic hammer plates are core wear parts of impact and hammer crushers. They utilize a high-chromium alloy and alloy steel bimetallic composite structure. The head is responsible for material impact crushing, while the hammer handle bears the load transmission. Widely applicable to mining, cement, and metallurgical industries, they can crush various hard materials such as limestone, granite, and coal gangue, and are particularly adept at handling highly abrasive materials with high silicon content.
II. Process Features: Employing liquid-liquid composite casting technology, the two metals are formed in a single step through lost foam vacuum casting or VRH vacuum casting processes while in a molten state. Key processes include 1100℃ high-temperature melting, in-mold induction preheating of the hammer handle, and 600℃ low-temperature tempering, achieving 99.9% metallurgical bonding on the composite surface and avoiding the breakage and spalling problems of traditional processes.
III. Core Advantages
* Complementary Performance: The high-chromium alloy head is wear-resistant, while the alloy steel hammer handle is impact-resistant, solving the "hard, brittle, and easily broken" problem of single materials.
* Doubled Lifespan: Service life is 1-3 times that of ordinary high-manganese steel and 4-8 times that of forged parts, with some models reaching over 6000 hours.
* Strong Adaptability: Chromium content ratio can be adjusted according to working conditions, and customized sizes and specifications are supported based on drawings.

Ⅳ.Mechanical Properties
* Wear-resistant head Rockwell hardness reaches 58-65HRC, impact toughness 2.5-5.5J/cm²; hammer handle hardness 20-35HRC, impact toughness up to 147J/cm². The metallographic structure is mainly composed of martensite and eutectic carbides, ensuring a balance between hardness and toughness, and is able to withstand high-frequency impact and friction wear.
