1. Make preparations for the replacement of the hammer head of the breaker. Remove all kinds of debris on site in time, prepare all kinds of tools and equipment that need to be used for backup, and be sure to have a safety helmet.
2. Open the opening of the crusher and firmly support it with sleepers. Power outage lockout. And clean up the debris at the crusher mouth for replacement.
3. Fix the breaker in a suitable position, then use a tool to open the hammer head fixing bolt and remove the old breaker that has been worn, and clean up the bulges caused by the wear on both sides of the hammer head. Pull out the pin shaft again.
4. Lift the prepared new breaker to the mouth of the crusher, and hold the hammer head when prying open it with a crowbar to prevent it from slipping to the side and hurting people. Build a pipe from the grate bed to the crusher rotor, push the breaker to the appropriate position, and install the fixing sleeve, pin and bolt.
