Lifting equipment should be set above the sand making machine, the weight of the lifting equipment should be considered according to the maximum weight of the sand making machine, there should be a lifting space above the sand making machine, and appropriate space should be left on one side of the sand making machine for testing.
2. A comprehensive inspection should still be carried out after installation at the sand making site. Check whether the lubricating oil pipe is firmly connected, and refill the oil once before trial operation and installation, and add special grade or 3# lithium grease for vehicle lubrication. Check whether the lubricating oil pipe of the lattice part is firmly connected, and carefully check whether there is any foreign matter on the impeller.
3. Check between the motor belts, the motor should be jogged on the spot, and the direction of rotation should be consistent with the direction of the sand making machine sign, if it is opposite to the direction of the sign, the wiring of the motor should be adjusted to make it consistent with the sign, and the direction rotation is strictly prohibited. Driven by two motors, the spindle assembly is connected to the spindle assembly with the motors on both sides, and the wind has the same number of V-belts connected to the spindle assembly, which should be adjusted and straightened accordingly. After checking that there is no error, the production is carried out before the no-load test, and the test machine can be officially produced only after the test machine confirms that there is no problem.
4. The no-load operation time of the general machine rotation is 4 hours, and the loading particle size of the feed material is strictly in accordance with the specifications of various models, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the material greater than the specified specifications; The feeding is uniform and continuous, the water content can not be less than 10-15% (according to different materials), and the feeding reaches the full load of the PCL straight-through impact sand making machine; The load test run time is 8-24 hours
5. Check whether the vortex cavity observation door is closed tightly before starting the sand making machine to prevent the material from rushing out of the vortex cavity observation door and causing danger. Check the starting sequence of the impeller and conveying equipment as follows:
1). Discharge - → sand making machine - → feeding
2). The sand making machine must be started without load, and the sand making machine can be fed only after it is running normally.
3). The shutdown sequence is opposite to the start-up.
6. The feeding particle size of the sand making machine is strictly in accordance with the specified requirements, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the sand making machine with materials greater than the specified requirements, otherwise, it will cause the imbalance of the impeller of the sand making machine and excessive wear of the impeller, and even cause the blockage of the impeller channel and the central feed pipe, so that the sand making machine can not work normally, and the large materials should be eliminated in time.
7. Before the main engine of the sand making machine stops working, the feeding should be stopped first, otherwise it will cause the impeller to be crushed and the motor to be burned out. The feeding should be even. During the operation of the sand making machine, there shall be no violent vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, it should be stopped for inspection. The lubrication is dry oil lubrication, using automotive grease or 3# lithium grease. The sand making machine adds an appropriate amount of grease every 100 hours of work.
