1. Before starting, check whether the vortex cavity observation door is closed tightly to prevent the material from rushing out of the vortex cavity observation door and causing danger;
2. Check the direction of rotation of the impeller, from the direction of the inlet. The impeller should rotate in the counterclockwise direction, otherwise the motor wiring should be adjusted;
3. The starting sequence of the crusher and conveying equipment is: discharging→ crusher → feeding;
4. The crusher must be started without load, and the crusher must be fed in the direction after normal operation, and the shutdown sequence is opposite to the start-up sequence.
5. When the discharging equipment stops, the feeding should be stopped in time, otherwise, it will cause the impeller to be crushed and the motor to be burned;
6. Feed continuously and uniformly;
7. During the operation of the crusher, there shall be no violent vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, it should be stopped for inspection.
