The principle of single pendulum jaw type
The moving jaw is suspended on the mandrel and can be oscillated from side to side. When the eccentric shaft rotates, the connecting rod does reciprocating motion up and down, and drives the two thrust plates to also reciprocate, so as to promote the moving jaw to do left and right reciprocating motion to achieve crushing and unloading. This kind of crusher adopts a crank double-link mechanism, although the moving jaw is subjected to a great crushing reaction, and its eccentric shaft and connecting rod are not subjected to much force, so it is mostly made into large and medium-sized machines in the industry to crush hard materials. The principle of compound pendulum jaw type
The upper end of the moving jaw is directly suspended on the eccentric shaft, and the connecting rod of the crank connecting rod mechanism is directly driven by the eccentricity of the eccentric shaft, and the lower end of the moving jaw is hinged with the thrust plate to support the rear wall of the frame. When the eccentric axis rotates, the trajectory of each point on the moving jaw is from the circumferential line of the suspension point (the radius is equal to the eccentricity), and gradually turns downward into an ellipse, and the lower the part, the more the elliptical is deviated, until the lower part is connected with the thrust plate The trajectory is an arc. Compared with the simple pendulum type, the advantages of the double pendulum jaw crusher are: the weight is lighter, the components are fewer, the structure is more compact, the filling degree in the crushing cavity is better, the material block is evenly crushed, and the lower end of the moving jaw is forced to push out the finished product discharge, so the productivity is higher, and the productivity is 20-30% higher than that of the simple pendulum jaw crusher of the same specification; The material block has a large up-and-down tumbling motion in the lower part of the moving jaw, and is easy to be discharged in the shape of a cube.
