It is strictly forbidden to open the observation door to observe the internal working conditions during the working process of the crusher, so as to avoid danger. If the impeller body is found to be worn, replace it in time and find the manufacturer to repair it. Special attention should be paid to the fact that without the consent of the manufacturer, it is strictly forbidden to make the impeller without permission.
2. The tension force of the transmission triangle belt of the sand making machine should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the triangle belt is evenly stressed, and when the double motor is driven, the triangle belt on both sides should be grouped and selected to make the length of each group as consistent as possible, so as to ensure that the sand making machine equipment is energy-saving and efficient;
3. The sand making machine should be added with an appropriate amount of grease when working to 400 hours, and when it works to 2000 hours, it is necessary to open the spindle assembly to clean the bearing, and if it works to 7200 hours, it must be replaced with a new bearing.
