Start and stop
1. The appropriate starter should be selected according to the motor model, and the starter should be started.
2. The equipment should be turned on and stopped in order.
3. The equipment should be started without load, and the material can be added only after the operation is stable. When feeding, it should be uniform and should not be overloaded.
4. Feeding should be stopped before stopping, and the machine can only be stopped after all the materials in the standby are emptied.

Feeding
1. The incoming material should meet the technical requirements of the machine, the particle size shall not exceed the specified range, and the water content shall be related to the physical properties of the material, and should not be greater than 15%, so as not to block the inlet and produce the phenomenon of pasting the machine.
2. The feeding should be evenly matched to improve the crushing effect and improve the working conditions.
3. It is strictly forbidden for metal materials to enter the machine to prevent damage to bearings and other components.
4. The ore must be given in the middle of the distribution plate, and the ore is not allowed to be directly fed into the crushing chamber. This makes it possible to prevent the crusher from being overloaded, resulting in uneven wear of the liners. The correct feeding conditions are: the ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing chamber through the distribution plate, and the ore fed cannot be higher than the level of the mortar wall.
5. The maximum feed size of the crusher ≤ 85% of the feed port size

Nesting
1. The discharge port of the cone crusher should be unblocked, so as to avoid accidents caused by equipment overload due to poor discharge.
2. The discharging situation should be checked regularly, if it is found that the discharge particle size does not meet the specified discharge particle size, the wear of the hammer head and lining plate and the tension of the V-belt should be checked, and the wear parts should be replaced and the tension of the V-belt should be adjusted in time if the problem is found.

Replacement of mortar walls
The mortar wall has a U-shaped screw put on the adjustment ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined, when the mortar wall is newly installed or replaced, after 6-8 hours of work, its fastening should be checked, and the U-shaped screw should be tightened again.

Replacement of broken walls
The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a cone head, and a zinc alloy is cast between the two, and the newly installed or newly replaced cone crushing wall should be checked for 6-8 hours after working, and it should be tightened immediately if it is found to be loose.

Replacement of bushings
The taper sleeve and the empty eccentric shaft should be studied, and the zinc alloy should be injected to prevent the taper sleeve from rotating, and the zinc alloy should be filled with all the clearances, due to the hot injection of zinc alloy, the deformation of the taper sleeve may be caused, so the new cone set should be checked for size, and the incorrect should be corrected in time, and the spare parts should be prepared according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve to maintain the original fit.
