1. No-load test
(1) The jaw crusher runs continuously for 2 hours, and the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 °C.
(2) All fasteners should be firm and free of loosening.
(3) The flywheel and groove wheel run smoothly.
(4) All friction parts have no abrasion, chip loss and grinding, and no abnormal sound.
(5) The adjustment device of the discharge port should be able to ensure the adjustment range of the discharge port.
2. Load test
(1) The jaw crusher shall not have periodic or significant impact and impact sounds.
(2) The maximum feeding particle size should comply with the design regulations.
(3) After continuous operation for 8 hours, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 °C.
3. Crusher preparation
(1) Carefully check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good and whether there is enough grease at the junction of the thrust plate.
(2) Carefully check whether all fasteners are tight.
(3) Carefully check whether the transmission belt is good. If it is found that there is damage, it should be replaced in time, and when there is oil stain on the transmission belt or pulley, the oil stain should be wiped off with a rag.
(4) Check whether the protective device is in good condition, and when unsafe phenomena are found, they should be eliminated in time.
(5) Check whether there is ore or debris in the crushing chamber, if there is ore or debris, it must be cleaned to ensure that the crusher cavity starts
